1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between the operator of the on88 platform ("on88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the on88 platform ("you", "the User", "the Member", "the Player").

on88 is an online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://on88.buzz and any related subdomains, mobile applications, or digital interfaces operated under the on88 brand. The Platform provides services including but not limited to online sports betting, live casino games, slots, poker, lottery, crash games, and other digital entertainment products.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy published on this Platform, form the entire agreement between on88 and the User in respect of use of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional materials or other communications, these Terms shall prevail.

on88 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via platform announcements or email where applicable. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the on88 website accessible at https://on88.buzz, including all associated mobile applications, interfaces, and services.
• "Account" means a registered user account created by a Member on the Platform, enabling access to deposit, withdrawal, and gaming functions.
• "Member" / "User" / "Player" means any individual who has registered and maintains an active Account on the Platform.
• "Funds" means the balance of real money held in a Member's Account wallet, including deposited amounts, winnings, and bonus credit where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credit, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and any other promotional value credited to a Member's Account, which may be subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real money balances.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process conducted by on88 to confirm a Member's identity, age, and residency prior to enabling full withdrawal functions.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator, the certified software system used to determine the outcomes of certain casino games on the Platform.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency used for transactions on the Platform.

3 Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the on88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts, organisations, and automated entities are not eligible to register.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction from which you access it.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by on88 for any reason related to fraud, abuse, policy violations, or non-compliance with these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by on88 or any nationally recognised responsible gambling organisation.
• Each person is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all funds held across those accounts.

on88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to close or suspend any Account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

4 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full functionality of the on88 Platform, including deposits, withdrawals, and live betting, you must register and verify a Member Account.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and that you will promptly update any information that changes.

on88 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Prior to processing withdrawals, Members must submit valid identity documents as follows:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence);
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within three months);
• Where required, a selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document.

Standard KYC verification is completed within 24–48 hours of submission of complete and legible documentation. Members who have not completed KYC may be subject to withdrawal restrictions until verification is finalised.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. on88 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify on88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

on88 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and select cryptocurrency options (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). Payment method availability may vary from time to time and is subject to change without prior notice.

All transactions on the Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and are detailed within the Cashier section of the Platform.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your Account wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds from the payment provider.
• on88 does not accept third-party deposits. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• on88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request is approved.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• on88 processes e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically within 5 minutes of approval. DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically completed within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take 15–60 minutes. These are indicative timelines and may vary.
• on88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion, which may temporarily extend processing times.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where on88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

on88 offers a range of promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Members only. on88 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be met within any time period specified for the relevant promotion. Failure to meet requirements within the stipulated period will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• on88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where such notice is required under applicable law.
• Where a Member is found to have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation strategies — on88 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings and, where appropriate, terminate the relevant Account(s).
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

7 Betting Rules & Game Terms

The use of on88's sports betting and casino game features is subject to the general and sport-specific rules published within the relevant game or betting section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to the outcome of that game or bet.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. on88 is not obligated to reverse a confirmed bet except where permitted under applicable game rules (e.g., cash-out functions where available).
• In the event of a system error, technical fault, or manifest software error that results in an incorrect odds display, incorrect game outcome, or erroneous payout, on88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. on88 will not be liable for any losses arising from such errors beyond the value of the original stake refunded.
• on88 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where the bet was placed on a market that should not have remained open following event start ("late betting"), at its sole discretion.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, which is independently audited. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available on request for all slots and casino titles.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game tables. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may vary by game, market, and Member tier.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the on88 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with on88;
• Registering more than one Account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events or casino games;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing on88 staff or other users of the Platform;
• Attempting to access another Member's Account without authorisation;
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or gambling ban;
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

9 Responsible Gambling

10 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and Intellectual Property on the on88 Platform — including but not limited to the on88 brand name, logo, website design, software, game assets, graphics, text, and data — are owned by or licensed to on88 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content or materials from the Platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks, or labels on any Platform content;
• Use any Platform content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of on88.

Any unauthorised use of on88's Intellectual Property may constitute an infringement of on88's rights and may be subject to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, on88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Platform downtime, technical outages, or service interruptions;
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations arising from third-party data sources;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Gambling losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law, on88's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. on88 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, the accuracy of information provided, or the uninterrupted availability of the Platform.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

on88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Instruction from a competent legal authority or regulatory body;
• A Member's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling provisions;
• Accounts that have remained inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, on88 may, at its discretion, forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings derived from bonus activity. Real money deposits not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method after deduction of any applicable processing fees, provided the Member can complete identity verification.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact on88 customer support. Account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations owed by either party at the time of closure.

13 Amendments to These Terms

on88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via platform notifications, in-account messages, or email notification where a valid email address is on record.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting on88 support. on88 will make reasonable efforts to process such requests promptly.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law and applicable regulatory frameworks. on88 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to first contact on88 customer support to seek an informal resolution. on88 commits to investigating all complaints fairly and in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.

Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to the dispute resolution process outlined in the Platform's support documentation. on88 maintains records of all transactions, account activity, and communications for a minimum period as required by applicable record-keeping standards, which shall be used as evidence in the event of any formal dispute.

Nothing in these Terms shall restrict or limit any statutory rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
